OUR MENTORING PRINCIPLES
We believe a great mentor ensures that focus and care are given to a number of priorities and operates based on specific values. Any man who becomes a KM mentee can expect his mentor to uphold these principles of mentorship.

MENTORSHIP TEAM
We believe interconnectedness is the best way to grow together. As a mentee, you will also be part of the KM Team which meets three or four times a year. The KM Team is composed of the Founding Mentor and up to twelve mentees, as well as the Senior Facilitator, all of whom pray for each other and communicate regularly.

Kingdom Mentors' goal is to see each mentee form a team of his own according to God's timing, beginning to meet regularly with two or more mentees. He will be able to check in frequently with the Senior Facilitator for support as he intentionally builds this team, all while continuing to be mentored by the Founding Mentor.
